To use the repository you have to issue the following commands as root or prefixed by 'sudo':

  wget http://debian.zaubberer.net/zaubberer.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/zaubberer.list
  edit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/zaubberer.list
  apt-get update
  apt-get install zaubberer-archive-keyring

Or mannualy add one of the following lines to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/zaubberer.list:

  deb http://debian.zaubberer.net/debian sid main contrib non-free
  deb http://debian.zaubberer.net/debian squeeze main contrib non-free
  deb http://debian.zaubberer.net/debian lenny main contrib non-free

If you only want a single package and not all packages released on zaubberer you should do APT-pinning! Add the following lines to /etc/apt/preferences.d/pin-zaubberer and change it to fit your needs:

Description: Force installation of tvbrowser from zaubberer
Package: tvbrowser
Pin: origin debian.zaubberer.net
Pin-Priority: 1001

Description: Force removal of all other zaubberer packages
Package: *
Pin: origin debian.zaubberer.net
Pin-Priority: -1
